Shipping policy

ORDERING
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at hello@heylodogwear.com.

DELIVERY
Our normal delivery times are 1-6 weeks. We choose to have this long delivery time because all products are made to order and we need time to both order supplies and to produce your products. If there are delays in delivery (without prior notification of an extended delivery time), please contact us at hello@heylodogwear.com.

SHIPPING
We ship world wide and with Postnord. We always choose trackable shipping and we'll send you the tracking number. The normal delivery time for sending a parcel domestically is normally 1-2 working days with the exception of certain locations which you can see on PostNord's website.
Within the EU, the package normally arrives after 2-5 working days after submission. Outside the EU, delivery times can vary between 4-8 weekdays.
