RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing items on the website, you, as a customer, have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the ordered item.

UPON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You must notify us that you wish to cancel. The notification should be sent to us at hello@heylodogwear.com. In your message, include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear description of the items for return. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for return shipping, and the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging. You need to send the package with trackable shipping and email us the tracking number. We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in case of use or damage.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products with the character of sealed audio or video recordings, where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch based on your preferences.
- Services that have been fully performed, and you have expressly agreed to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND COMPLAINTS
If you receive an item that you think is defected or has a production error, please contact us at  hello@heylodogwear.com and we will help you out.
We inspect all products before shipping. If, however, the product arrives damaged or incorrectly dispatched, we commit, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the issue at no cost. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be sent immediately after discovering the defect.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT
Any faults and defects should always be reported to hello@heylodogwear.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault. If we cannot rectify the issue or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In handling complaints, we follow guidelines from the Consumer Complaints Board, see arn.se.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We do not accept liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we do not take responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.
