How do I measure for collars?
Check out our size guide!
What width size should I get for collars?
This is totally up to you! Perhaps you already have a collar you like and want a similar size. For example sighthounds it’s very common to have a wider collar due to their long necks, but this can go for other breads as well. We personally like wider collars, but you can get them in sizes 9, 13, 16, 19, 25 and 38 mm depending on the style of the collar. We would recommend 38 mm for a very large dog or a sighthound from a whippet and up to the bigger breeds.
What width size should I get for the leash?
The sizes we offer are 9, 13, 16 and 19 mm. We personally prefer and use the 13 mm. Here's our recommendation of the sizes:
|
9 mm |
For very small dogs, like chihuahua size. |
|
13 mm |
For dogs up to around 25 kg. |
|
16 mm |
|
|
19 mm |
For very large dogs. More suitable for holding just one dog. |
As you can see from the breaking strength here under, most of the sizes would be suitable for most types of dogs. Here it's more of a personal taste and what you prefer. A wider the band can of course give you a bigger sense of security. Braids won't be possible in the 19 mm band.

Can the paint come off the rings and hooks?
Unfortunately this can happen, especially on the pastel ones as they are silicone colour coated. The coating might wear off during everyday use, at least on the parts of the product that comes in contact with something else, for example a snap hook from the leash that is connected to the ring on a collar. Because of this we prefer, when it's possible, to use D-rings for collars where you'd connect the leash, in order to try to reduce the wear on the ring. An O-ring would spin around where the D-ring stays in order.
Do you offer world wide shipping?
Yes we do, with some exceptions*. Depending where you live, your country might have its own rules with extra costs for VAT, taxes and toll fees. These types of costs are paid by you, the customer.
*Unfortunately we don’t ship to these countries for reasons due to VAT, customs and tariffs: United Kingdom, United States.
Are the screws going to hold?
Yes they will! We use Loctite when we tighten the screws, so it won't be possible to open these again.
